Travel itinerary

 

Day-1 20 Mar’24 Arrive in Tokyo

Arrive at Haneda or Narita.

Clear Biometrics and Immigrations. Pick Luggage and Meet airport representative at arrival Hall

Walk down to the Parking Area where Coach will be waiting for you. Panoramic tour of Tokyo, photo stop at Imperial Palace East Gardens, National DIET Building (Drive Past) and Tokyo Tower (Photo Stop). Lunch and later transfer to hotel.

Check in and relax at hotel. (Standard check in time 1500 Hrs)

Evening transfer to Meguro River Area for Cherry Blossom viewing. Dinner and later transfer to hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day-2 21 Mar’24 Tokyo Full Day sightseeing  

Breakfast at hotel. Meet at the Hotel Lobby and Proceed for Sightseeing in Tokyo.

Visit to, Meiji Shrine and Yoyogi Park for Cherry Blossom Trees. Later photo stop at Shibuya Crossing. Lunch. Transfer to Asakusa- Sensoji temple and Nakamise Shopping Street. Evening at Odaiba (Statue of Liberty, Rainbow Bridge). Post dinner, transfer to hotel.

Overnight stay at hotel.

Day-3 22 Mar’24 Tokyo-Mt Fuji visit – Hakone – Tokyo  

Breakfast at hotel.

Leave for Mt Fuji Area. Arrive at Mt Fuji – 5th Station (subject to weather conditions). In case road to Mt. Fuji is not open then alternate tour shall be offered.

Later enjoy a beautiful panoramic drive to Hakone, hot springs resort town located in the fuji. Later we will visit Owakudani and then enjoy Pirate Hakone Cruise.

Evening transfer to Tokyo.

Overnight stay at hotel.

Day-4 23 Mar’24 Tokyo to Hiroshima  

Handover large suitcase to hotel reception for transfer to Osaka. (Next day delivery). For Hiroshima, carry along overnight luggage.

Post breakfast, check out and transfer to Shinagawa or Tokyo station for bullet train transfer to Hiroshima by reserved economy class seating.

Upon arrival check into the hotel.

Later visit Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park – Atomic Bomb dome and Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum & other monuments. Evening free time for shopping.

Overnight stay at hotel.

Day-5 24 Mar’24 Hiroshima to Osaka

Post breakfast proceed for Miyajimaguchi. Take ferry for Miyajima Island. Then visit Itsukushima Shrine and Floating Torii Gate. Return to Hiroshima. Afternoon drive to Osaka. Upon arrival receive luggage and check into the hotel.

Overnight stay at hotel.

Day-6 25 Mar’24 Osaka – Kyoto – Osaka

Post breakfast, tour of Fushimi Inari Shrine, Kinkakuji Temple visit (Golden Pavilion) and visit to Arashiyama Bamboo grove.

Evening return to Osaka.

Day-7 26 Mar’24 Osaka –Nara – Osaka  

Post breakfast, drive to Nara.

Upon arrival in Nara visit Todaiji Temple and Nara Deer Park.

Afternoon, transfer to Osaka. Osaka Castle (Photo Stop), evening free for shopping at Umeda.

Overnight stay at hotel.

Day -8 Depart Osaka  

Breakfast at hotel. Check out from Osaka Hotel. Transfer to Itami or Kansai Airport for taking flight to home country.

Payment Terms:

  • Reserve tour by paying non-refundable deposit of INR 9524 + 5% GST (Equivalent amount in USD – approx. USD 115 shall be adjusted in first payment without GST)
  • Initial deposit of 25% by 20 Dec
  • 35% of tour fee to be paid on or before 75 days prior to travel
  • Balance to be cleared on or before 45 days prior to travel

Cancellation Terms: 

  • Any cancellation received after initial confirmation INR 9524 shall be forfeited
  • For any cancellations received by post 20 Dec, 25% of the reservation fee shall be billed as cancellation charges 
  • Cancellation between 75 Days to 44 Days before travel - 50% of the tour fee shall be billed as a cancellation fee 
  • For cancellations received between 45 Days to 00 Days prior to travel, a 100% cancellation charge shall be applicable
  • If in case of any refund, USD 75 shall be billed extra for bank transfer charges applicable in Japan

What month is the cherry blossom in Japan?

Moving northwards up to Kansai, where you'll find Osaka, Kyoto and Nara, blossoms open as March turns to April. For Tokyo and Yokohama, flowering tends to begin in the last few days of March with full bloom in the first week of April.
